Who we are

Home Counties Master Thatchers Ltd ("we"), trading as C&C Master Thatchers, controls the personal data you send through this website. What we collect and why

When you send the enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, town or village, the service you need, your message and any photos of your roof that you add. We use these details only to reply to you and to give you a quote. Our lawful basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract.

Where your details go

The form stores your enquiry in a database on Cloudflare, and sends a copy to our email inbox through Resend, an email service. Photos are stored on Cloudflare and attached to that email. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep them

We delete enquiries and photos that do not become work after 2 years. We keep records of work for 6 years, for tax and for the guarantee.

Cookies and statistics

This website sets no cookies. We count page visits and clicks on our phone number without cookies and without any data that identifies you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details. Email us to do this. If you are not happy with how we use your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
