How we work
We do not use sub-contractors on any thatching. The people who quote for your roof are the people who thatch it.
Our quotes are fixed-price, with a detailed description of the work. We give free advice on materials, on listed building consent, and on new build design. If Building Control approval is needed, for example when more than 25% of a roof is stripped, we can get it for you.
We are licensed waste carriers. We remove all waste as part of the service, so you have no liability for it. Scaffold is always an extra cost, and we tell you the price before we start.
Every completed job has a 5-year written guarantee. We are insured for £5 million, and we can raise this to £10 million by agreement.
